Lectures
Seamingly Scrappy Trunk Show
Let me take you through the process of how I came up with the Seamingly Scrappy Technique and the array of quilts found in my first book. This fun yet informational session will talk about my love of scraps, working in the quilt shop with my Mom and how all of this led me to the journey of writing my first book. I'll fill you in on tips and tricks I've learned as well as share my experiences with you. With many quilts to share, this talk usually takes around an hour depending on the participation from the audience.

Scheduling & Other Information
I would love to hear from you to either schedule an event or to answer any questions you may have. To contact me, you can call my office at 440-428-5780 or e-mail me at rubybluequilts@gmail.com. Just remember that with my crazy schedule and timing, it is much easier to reach me by e-mail as I can usually check it several times a day, even while I'm traveling. If you need to call and leave a message, please feel free to do so and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Currently the fee for a lecture is $200 but if you book a lecture and a workshop, the fee for the lecture reduces in price to $175. All workshops work best with a group up to 15 people and are priced at $400 or $40 per student (whichever is greater). Larger classes can be accommodated for up to 20 people.
Traveling to and from your event will require clear and up to date addresses and information. If I can travel by car to your event, the round trip mileage will be billed at the IRS rate in effect at the time of the event. If the distance is too great for car travel and would require so, flight arrangements will be discussed and booked with the best fare I can find. I have an array of airports to choose from and will choose the best option to get myself as well as my quilts in optimum condition to you. If flying your event is required, I would appreciate being picked up and transported to and from the airport and event. During my time with your group, if an overnight stay is scheduled, a hotel room and meals will also be the responsibility of the hosting group.
