This is the design that started it all. This was the design that made me believe I could do this. Made up of interlocking stars, the center of this quilt uses simple, large pieces and only three fabrics which makes a large quilt that's simle enough for a beginner. The edge is uneven leaving every star to finish whole and no two sides are alike. My suggestion is to choose a border and pull your central colors from there, all of the fabrics in the center of my sample are blenders found at any quilt shop. Just four simple blocks make up this intricate looking quilt.
