Just wing it until it tastes good. <br /><br />Chicken Salad<br /><br />1 pre-cooked chicken (you can use all the chicken meat or just half). I think it tastes good with a lot of chicken.<br />2 stalks celery – chopped<br />1 crispy apple<br />Craisins – throw some in for taste and color<br />Mayonnaise <br />Sour cream <br /> <br />Cut up chicken, celery and apple. <br />Put everything in a large bowl and add mayo and sour cream to coat everything. Don’t drown it. I use about 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream.<br /><br />It's good by itself, with crackers, or in pita pockets.
